It was fun to walk from the park for a stroll along Route 66. I wish we had checked out the Sultana Bar in town—it looks like a total dive, but I later found out that Gourmet Magazine rated it as one of the best bars in America. (I'm not sure exactly what that means, but next time we're in Williams I'm going to at least take a peek inside!)Laurel (www.ravenandchickadee.com)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09133248112440273123noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-338475515597614288.post-10734076492751644482016-10-19T19:31:52.236-07:002016-10-19T19:31:52.236-07:00I'm sure Lew was questioning:) Sure did look ...I'm sure Lew was questioning:) Sure did look like sweet Sasha girl:) Love that Elvis found the treat pocket. Reminds me of a certain black poodle digging in my pocket:)

Note to self...NO driving when windy!!! Relax and chill another day. Glad you survived and made it to your destination in one piece. Looks pretty perfect there at second cup:)

I, too, wish Sedona hadn't been discovered by SO many people. As with so many other areas in the west. (end of August) FYI - We enjoyed our stay at the Fairgrounds RV Park in Prescott Valley.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-338475515597614288.post-18009307966884722832016-10-19T10:11:53.619-07:002016-10-19T10:11:53.619-07:00Oh no! You're in one of our favorite spots and in the back row where we too enjoyed the many trains :-) Oak Canyon was so crazy crowded when we went, but nothing compares to Sedona for natural beauty even with the hordes. Great pic of the cliffs overlooking the town. Near Williams, the Sycamore Rim Trail is a lovely little walk to the tanks, and you can't beat Anna's Grand Canyon Cafe for great green chili - and a nice walk from the rv park. Have fun!!!!Jodee Gravelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02247098923871155546noreply@blogger.com
