A welcome surprise after a good 24 hours of fireworks last year in Portland, OR!Metamorphosis Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07637866156639686101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-338475515597614288.post-35015598219202488102015-07-06T04:42:07.648-07:002015-07-06T04:42:07.648-07:00I hate seeing that garden go to waste. It is stunning.Paul and Marsha Weaver OCT. 17, 2009https://www.blogger.com/profile/04066424117005030170noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-338475515597614288.post-31055717982468561252015-07-06T04:37:22.265-07:002015-07-06T04:37:22.265-07:00Glad to know you are safely back in your "hom...Glad to know you are safely back in your "home!" Did you move into the back-in site? The park should really be in full swing now since summer is officially here after the 4th.

I was surprised to read that the fireworks would have bothered Sasha since she isn't hearing. Can she feel the vibration? Does the popping and banging bother Lewis?

Hot dogs and macaroni salad is what I call a 4th kind of meal...yum! Good to spend it with Jesse and Erin. How are they enjoying their new house now that they have been there awhile? How is Jesse's new job going?

The roses you photographed are so pretty. I love the red tipped one at the beginning, but my favorite is the second to last one, that variegated red and white one:) Maybe there has just been too much rain for the inmates to get out and work in the garden. Are you sure that isn't a picture of an inmate? The guy looks a little shady smelling the roses!!

John and Pam (ohtheplacestheygo.wordpress.com)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10853924678665624403noreply@blogger.com
