Hahaha! That's what we thought when they started bringing out dishes! Dave ordered Shrimp Scampi and I ordered Chicken Marsala. Complimentary with all dinners is a bowl of greens and beans, a bowl of tomatoes, cukes and onions, a loaf of bread and huge sides of pasta! We've got enough left overs for days!
I love this post!! Such a great photo essay of a day in the life of Dave, LOL. That is a fabulous looking meal. But did you guys get enough to eat? 😜
Is this the same place we had dinner sometime in 2013! Holy molly that's a lot of food, but Dave deserves all the helpings he can get. He has been working too hard to keep Beluga in top shape. I love that blanket and would love to have something like that in our future home.
You and Dave are just too cute! I’m sure the Rose Robber puts a huge smile on your face...always a sweet surprise! And the blanket...yep, I can see why the fight over it! It’s big, warm and covered in Kokopeli! What’s not to love! As for dinner...I’m speechless! I have never seen so much food served at a restaurant for just two people...you will enjoy it for days!
Good Grief ... What did you order for dinner? Looks like Umbertos brought their buffet to you :)
ReplyDeleteENJOY!

DeleteDave is so cute!! Boy, that was the best meal ever. Wasn't it the beans that we all tried to make at home and they gave out the recipe? Yum, yum!!
ReplyDeleteYep, it was THOSE beans!

I bought it, years ago, at the Boulders Resort in Carefree, AZ.
DeleteThe sides alone are enough for two for days! Glad you could take it home with you. Lewis needs a blankie, too.
