A voice out of the blue. A message on Dave's phone.....We're in your area and we'd love to stop by for a visit. Familiar voice. James! James and Wendy from Albuquerque! We met them in Mission Bay, California last winter when we were on our excellent adventure. The four of us shared happy hours there with Nina and Paul, and Lisa and Hans. We enjoyed dinner at one of their favorite restaurants in Old San Diego. Happy Memories for us. We were so happy to hear from them and so happy they would be able to come for a visit and dinner.
We sat outside and caught up for awhile then we found a slot in the Sunday beach traffic and set off on a brief tour of the area. Dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant in Anna Maria was a delicious end to a very pleasant visit. Thanks guys, hope we'll see you again before you move on down the road.
Another day of enjoying the good life with good friends.
