Both big "B's" packed up and pulled away from the great boondocking spot south of Cottonwood this morning.
One headed to Utah by way of Monument Valley, and one just a few miles up the road to Dead Horse Ranch State Park.

We met a fellow blogger and full time RV'er Debbie and her two English Setters (actually one English Setter and one half English/half Irish Setter) in front of Beluga. They are camped just a few sites down from us but are leaving in the morning. Debbie and her husband, Scott, came over later for cocktail hour (she brought her own limes!) and we talked outside until it got too cold to sit still. The conversation continued inside for a while longer as we compared notes about our previous lives, dogs, past and present travels and futures. Sorry they're leaving in the morning, but I know we'll see them again. No, I didn't take any pictures, I was too busy talking and listening - sorry. You can read her blog at greatescapefromnj.blogspot.com
Enjoy your stay. we really enjoyed the little town. Very nice Olive Oil/Vinegar shop!
ReplyDeleteOf course, we ended up spending most of our days in Sedona. The Jeep was new and we had just gotten into hiking big time.
