We haven't been doing much since we arrived here in Cave Creek Regional Park. A little exploring and sitting in the sun. Not much pressing need to do anything but commune with nature - the birds are enjoying our efforts and we're enjoying them in return. The sunsets have been glorious.
We've driven a few new (to us) dirt roads leading to water, we've had a wonderful dinner with dear old friends (they aren't old, our friendship is!) at a good Cave Creek Restaurant, walked down memory lane a bit at the Boulder's Resort and did a little shopping.
I would love to show you these things, but.....tonight the internet is so very slow that I waited half an hour and still the first picture hadn't loaded. I gave up, I'll try again another time.
Good to know you are alive and well, even if we can't see it:) Glad you are enjoying yourself:)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are checking in. I love your title....lol
ReplyDeleteCommuning with nature—there is no better thing to do in this life. Enjoy those sunny days and beautiful sunsets!
ReplyDeleteSounds wonderful Sue!
ReplyDeleteLooks good to me :-)
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling, our site, # 4 then was gorgeous but connectivity was the pits. But as long as you are enjoying the surroundings that's all that matters.
