We've been very busy since the last blog. Our internet connection has been VERY spotty and, as I said, we've been super busy, so I haven't been able to write a proper blog. I'll try to show you a few pictures of our 55th Anniversary adventures in Canada, fingers crossed!

some of Annie's artwork |
Well, Annie's artwork at the end was a shock! But, nice to see Jesse all decorated by his little girl. I really adored seeing the anniversary pictures! Especially that last one -- you'll hopefully find a place for framing that one as it just resonates your love for each other. What a lovely choice for this year especially -- British Columbia! So cool. Love you both ... Cindy
ReplyDeleteJesse probably won't be thrilled that I added his "daddy" moment, but I thought you'd get a kick out of it! Love you too Cindy....
DeleteBelated Happy Anniversary to you both and welcome to Canada.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Jesse is having fun making memories with Annie.
Stay Safe and Enjoy your adventures.
It's about time.
Thank you!
DeleteWhat a wonderful place to celebrate an amazing shared life! And good friends and eats make it even better :-) Beautiful pics, you both look wonderful. Annie is quite the artist - the plant hat is a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jodee, it was a really great time spent with friends, and time spent alone. I thought the plant hat was a real hoot, I wonder if he even noticed it before he hit send!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like an amazing trip. Beautiful places you've been. Happy anniversary!
ReplyDeleteThanks Allison! It was an amazing trip. We never realized the beauty just north of us!
DeleteHappy Anniversary you two! What a beautiful trip and wonderful memories! Love that last photo of you both on the bench!
ReplyDeleteThanks Gay.....it was a beautiful trip we made lots of new and wonderful memories. We also earmarked lots of places to return and check out in more detail! Fun.
DeleteOh, that last photo of the two of you...❤️❤️❤️ What a wonderful way to celebrate your anniversary! And even better that you shared the trip with dear friends ML and Steve. Wishing you many more grand adventures and sweet quiet moments in your life journey together. Love to you both!
ReplyDeleteI have SO many pictures to go through! I thought the train would be our anniversary celebration....but the whole trip was a celebration. Grand adventures and quiet moments....what else is there? Will you head west this winter? How is Eric's knee?
DeleteHappy Belated Anniversary 💓 Beautiful ❤️ photos and lovely smiles. Warm greetings from Montreal, Canada 😊 ❤️ 🇨🇦
ReplyDeleteThank you! Montreal was a favorite city when we were in the east!
DeleteAn amazing adventure for #55!! Alberta still remains my favorite trip in the MH. Love "decorated" dad!! Too funny.
ReplyDeleteI think I agree, or at least it's in the top one or two favorites! "Decorated Dad" started a trend.... yesterday it was "decorated papa"! Perhaps it's Annie starting the trend?
DeleteHappy Anniversary and what a beautiful spot to spend it. Love the Decorated Dad, I recall when the Granddaughter we Raised used to Art Up The Man, he was such a good Sport about it too. She's an Adult now and they're still exceptionally close becoz Grandpa let her Paint his Nails, put Barrettes in his Beard and Hair, have Tea Parties with her... and he's an Old Crusty Special Forces Marine, so it was rather hilarious.
ReplyDeletestickers are "in" right now, and yes...grandpa (papa) has been decorated also!
