We left Geneseo this morning (Saturday) around 10 a.m. and had a pleasant and uneventful drive to French Creek State Park in Elverson, Pa. Its a pretty, wooded park and our site is nice, although not very level. It is a sunny day and we'll have a good view of the sunset tonight.
Sasha sacked out under Dave's beautiful new table for the entire ride down and Lewis sat nervously next to my seat - poor baby. Once we arrived and got settled, both dogs had a good sniff around and decided French Creek was a good place to start our adventure. After dinner we all called it a night, its been a long, emotional day.
