- The wind finally died down and the day dawned sunny and cool. It was warm enough, though, to finally sit outside and enjoy our morning coffee and tea. We knew this end of the valley was usually windy, but these last few days surprised us with the 30 + sustained winds. I'm glad they've calmed now and we can get back to our outdoor life.
- (I don't know why that number 1. is at the beginning of the post, I didn't put it there, and I can't make it go away.....Yikes, now a number 2. has appeared....)
We just stayed around here today, didn't do much of anything at all. On our usual morning walk around the campground, Polly flew out of Nina's motorhome to greet us and the canine buddies had a bit of a romp. Dave listened to the NASCAR race on the radio and I returned a redbox movie and rented another for tonight. I like to watch PBS on Sunday evenings, but our cable provider doesn't provide it!

We did 4 or 5 loads of laundry at the on-site laundromat and came back to Beluga well after sunset - (its so early now!) no colorful picture tonight. Before eating our dinner of second-day Mexican Stew, we had a nice long Facetime call with Jesse. What a wonderful invention, it makes us feel he's not so far away, that he's right here with us.
Its nice being in one place for a while. No pressure to be doing something every minute and we can have these simple days without guilt.
Yup, just another day in paradise! Enjoy them ....
